Florida Personal Injury Accidents

Personal injury accidents are often caused by the negligence, carelessness, or recklessness of others, and may involve the following types of injuries: brain injuries, head injuries, burns, fractures, breaks, dislocations, neck injuries, back injures, knee injuries, ankle injuries, shoulder injuries, nerve injuries, and spinal cord injuries. I represent families throughout South Florida.

I will act as aggressive advocate on your behalf. Insurance companies want to limit their exposure or liability when a serious injury or death occurs. Insurance companies hire attorneys whose job it is to aggressively represent the interests of the insurance company. I will provide aggressive and effective legal representation for you. Through experience, I know how to deal with their tactics in order to protect the rights, health and safety of my clients. I care about my clients recovery from their injuries as well as their legal cases and I am committed to keeping my clients informed every step of the way.

I do not represent insurance companies. I represent real people with real problems. I handle serious injuries and deaths in the following types of situations:

  • Motor vehicle accidents, crashes, collisions, and wrecks involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, semi-trucks, and drunk driving accidents
  • Premises liability law, slip and fall accidents, construction site accidents, industrial accidents, swimming pool accidents, and boating accidents
  • Rollover accidents involving cars, buses, semi-trucks, and sport utility vehicles
  • Semi-truck, eighteen wheeler, and tractor trailer crashes, collisions and wrecks
  • Wrongful death lawsuits filed by surviving family members of the victim

Contingency Fees

I do not charge a fee for personally consulting with you about your injury case. Protecting your rights is important to me, so I cover all expenses until the end of a case and then I am paid a portion of the funds recovered plus costs. If I am unable to recover compensation for you, you do not owe me a fee. This is called a "contingency fee" arrangement and is common among attorneys who handle personal injury cases.
